OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) - 12-year-old Jack Taylor got a good lesson in following through on promises. He had just one request in April when he met movie star Johnny Depp, who was in the area filming parts for the upcoming John Dillinger movie “Public Enemies.” Taylor wanted Depp’s hat.
